Jake is an experienced banking executive with more than 20 years' experience across retail and business banking in New Zealand and Australia. Throughout his career, he has held a diverse range of executive leadership roles, combining strategic vision with practical delivery to help organisations modernise, adapt and grow while maintaining a strong focus on clients and communities.

Having worked across both large banking organisations and customer-owned mutual institutions, Jake brings a deep appreciation for the important role community-focused financial organisations play in supporting their members and the regions they serve.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Jake is responsible for leading NBS' operations, technology, product and transformation agenda, ensuring the organisation is well positioned to deliver operational excellence, sustainable growth and an exceptional client experience.

Jake is passionate about building organisations that balance innovation, agility and strong governance, and is committed to supporting NBS's long-term success as a customer-owned mutual. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Honours) from The University of Melbourne, Australia.
