The ease and pace with which they make things happen for us is incredible. It may have been our connection with Tony that gave us the nudge we needed to switch to NBS, but what has kept us with them for all these years is the way we are treated, day in, day out. You are not a number, they know who you are, they are there, and they’ll look after you. It’s amazing to think that with all the dealings we have had with various people at NBS over the many years, we cannot think of one negative experience we have had with the people. That’s very rare.

We are Craig, Chris and Jaunita from Not Just Concrete. We’re a locally owned concrete company specialising in machine-formed kerb and channel as well as all general concrete work and paving.

We first went into business together twenty-four years ago. Initially, we started off pretty small, it was just two of us doing the work, but now we have a team of ten in total.

After we changed our banking to NBS, life became a lot easier. Nothing is ever too much of a problem with the team at NBS and everything's always dealt with really quickly.
