Kris is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of leadership across New Zealand, Australian and UK financial services. He has a strong track record in driving profitable growth, strengthening financial governance and leading high performing finance teams in complex environments.

Kris is committed to building collaborative, empowered teams and embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and strong risk awareness. He has a particular interest in how financial institutions can align sustainable commercial performance with positive outcomes for clients, communities and the wider environment.

Kris has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Victoria University, Wellington) and is a Chartered Accountant member of CAANZ.

Kris joined NBS in 2025.
