At the branch, the team is always really nice and friendly, and whenever I need something, they're always really prompt at getting back to me.
NBS hold themselves to be locally minded so I think it is important that they are giving back and you definitely see them doing it in all areas.
To me, banking for life means a lifelong relationship and you see it a lot with our clients.
They are there from the start to the end. The mum and dad that have been with NBS for years and now the kids are buying houses and they come through and they tend to go to them as well. It’s that generational thing. That local feeling is ingrained in everything they do.
