Gina Dellabarca - Chief Executive
Gina is a successful business leader with 20+ years of experience in retail and business banking - inspiring and leading senior business teams to deliver strategic transformation, significant business goals and profitable growth.
She’s held several senior roles at Westpac New Zealand traversing retail and business banking culminating in over seven years on their executive leadership team. Gina also had responsibility for leading HR and Corporate Affairs, followed by consumer banking and wealth.
She led strategic development and a significant transformation programme focused on enhancing the customer experience, employee engagement and shareholder returns.
As a champion for transformation, digital innovation, and improving business performance, Gina is committed to developing greater inclusion across NBS, understanding the privileged role executive leadership can impact across the broader community.
Gina joined NBS in 2024.
