Heather Kinzett - Murchison Client Services Manager
Heather has been with NBS since 2005, starting in a part-time client services role, then moving on to full-time administration and operations and now in her role as client services manager for the Murchison branch.
NBS is a big part of our small community of Murchison and to be able to support our clients through the many phases of their banking life is very rewarding.
We've seen many changes over the years, one of the biggest changes was the deletion of the old cheque books. We were able to help our older generation of clients through this transition phase which was really appreciated.
Our community sees NBS supporting not only our local sports teams, but a diverse range of all our community organisations including our Murchison Sport and Recreation Centre which has become a hub for our community. Every where you go in Murchison you will see NBS supporting our community, says Heather.
Heather has lived in Murchison for 27 years and is married with two grown children. In her spare time she likes to get outdoors hunting, mountain biking, day hiking and a little adventure racing. She also has a classic car which she like to go tiki touring about the countryside in.
