Misplaced your card?
If you've misplaced your NBS Debit Mastercard, you can temporarily block it via Internet Banking or our NBS Mobile Banking App.

To do this on the App, simply log in, select ‘Services’ (located at the bottom of the App), then ‘Manage Cards’, click on the card number and select ‘Temporarily block this card'.

To temporarily block via Internet Banking, log in, select 'Cards' (located on the left hand side of the screen), then click the button next to the card number and select 'Block' at the foot of the page.

If you find your card you can unblock it via Internet Banking, the NBS Mobile Banking App or by contacting us on 0800 101 700. We can advise if you are able to reactivate your card or whether we need to order a replacement for you.

If you don’t locate your card, please call us on 0800 101 700 to organise a replacement.

Please note that you won't be able to reactivate your misplaced card (should you find it), as it will be cancelled when you order a new card.
