Tania Beckwith - Regional Manager

Tania's career in financial services expands for more than 25 years, first beginning at BNZ in Kaikoura where she grew up.  Since then she's worked alongside various banking organisations with each organisation extending her knowledge and experience across many banking sectors including commercial, business, property and wealth advice. 

She came to NBS from BNZ Private Bank where she had the privilege of leading a team of 15 people located from Hamilton to Queenstown. 

Tania says:

My passion for all things banking comes down to my love of people and community, which makes NBS the perfect fit.

Tania loves Nelson, Tasman and the West Coast and has deep connections with these areas.  She now calls Māpua her home. 

Her family lives in Marlborough where she brought up two children, grew a career in banking and grew her business - The Sewing Store. Tania still loves to be creative and her sewing machines are rarely far away. 

She also loves gardening and being active outdoors both on land and on the sea.  She and her husband also love to travel and fun fact, they eloped to Vegas six years ago – and no Elvis didn’t marry us.
