Ongoing: Intermittent issues with NBS Debit Mastercard transactions.
As of 19 April 2024 we’ve been experiencing intermittent issues with some NBS Debit Mastercard transactions. This means you may see an authorisation failure message on the payment terminal. In most cases, retrying the transaction will lead to a successful transaction.
We’re working as fast as we can to find a solution to this issue and will provide updates on this page.
