Toni Lane

Head of People and Client Experience

Toni has a financial services industry background spanning more than 30 years.

This journey began at a building society in 1988 and since then Toni has held various roles in trading banks in New Zealand and Australia, leading client facing teams through to a focus on client experience.

Toni began her career at NBS as Assistant Manager of the Richmond Branch, progressing to Regional Manager.  She is now responsible for leading NBS’ client experience objectives, overseeing the organisations operational requirements and ensuring NBS’ “people-oriented high-performance culture” continues to thrive.

Toni joined NBS in 2008.
