Manual Transactions: Include cheque and staff assisted branch transactions and Lifestyle Net assisted transactions $0.50
Establishment Fee 1.00% (minimum charge $500)
Documentation Fee for Limit Increase 1.00% of increase limit (minimum charge $250)

Interest is calculated daily, debited monthly on the last business day of each month. Fees are subject to change.

All lending is subject to NBS lending criteria, as well as the terms and conditions for each specific product. These are available from any NBS branch. Establishment fees and NBS service fees may also apply.

This facility is periodically reviewed and you may be required to provide an updated valuation and income verification.
