Anna Fox

Director

Born and bred Nelsonian Anna was admitted to the bar in 1998. She worked overseas in the financial services sector before returning to NZ in 2003 for a career in commercial law.

Anna combines her directorship of NBS with her role as a senior partner at the Canterbury law firm Saunders Robinson Brown where she was also former head of their Commercial Team and held the firm's Managing Partner position from 2017 until mid-2021. At SRB she assists clients with major commercial transactions, including structuring business entities and advising on large scale property transactions. Anna also advises on securities law compliance. In addition to her general commercial expertise, Anna also has particular expertise in health related commercial matters, including structuring health entities and the drafting of complex health contracts and other documentation.

Anna relishes the opportunity as a director of NBS to build on her connection with the Nelson-Tasman region.
